Inconnu located in a remote area of the Yukon Territory transforms imaginations into reality. Situated on the Continental Divide, and surrounded by the shores of McEvoy Lake, Inconnu is found in the midst of the Yukon Territory's finest lakes, rivers and streams, home to some of the greatest fighters in the world - the great Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Dolly Varden and the elusive Inconnu or Shee fish. Inconnu offers the finest in diversity and variety of any resort in Canada's North. From the main lodge on McEvoy Lake we fly out via floatplane to 12 lakes and 14 superb fly-fishing rivers. Only 10 minutes flight time from the main lodge we have a chain of lakes known as Fortin and Pelly. These lakes are joined by a system of three rivers, which create a waterway that stretches twenty-five miles and offers a vast variety of superb angling. The Pelly River has 60 miles of untouched easy-flowing waters and the headwaters of this river make for an excellent canoeing adventure. The fishing at Inconnu is some of the finest in the world. You can expect a great deal of activity from the different species of fish found in these waters. Guides are trained to teach and assist you in having the fishing experience of a lifetime whether laying out a fly-line or casting with spinning gear.
